I had made an order three days before but when I arrived to do the inspection it turned out that the room had not been prepared. Book with the hotel directly as they have promotion during pandemic. The hotel was nicely built in modern, they have swimming pool for adult and kids. The breakfast was amazing breakfast. The balcony overlooking the ocean was just gorgeus and special thanks for Ocki for best service during our stay

Rooms and facilities are kind of run down. Room and especially cloth rack not clean. Ridiculous Covid 19 protocol starting from check in (you are urged to enter a cabin where you are sprayed with sanitiser before you can enter the hotel lobby).... Useless and definitely nothing to start a stay with!

Therefore, some steps of health protocol procedure should be taken to give sufficient protection mainly to our guest as well as employee. We do apologize that this procedure is might slightly inconvenience.

I really enjoy my stay at Aruna. In the current pandemic situation, the staff at Aruna managed to maintain the health protocols. The highlight of my stay is the room itself, cozy and spacious. The bed is massive, a luxury you find it hard to find these days. The service was amazing too. During the first day of my stay, the breakfast was served to my room, but the seevice always take a great precautions and comfort to the guests. Definitely will be my first choice for staying in Lombok
