The staff at Ca n'Arabi are excellent; especially Martina (she really made our experience something special) . They speak several languages, treat people with a great smile, and are very competent. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel to stay with a couple of friends as a treat for my birthday.
The email conversations with staff were very nice and friendly; we had also booked dinner as part of my birthday experience and we were disappointed to be told what time we should have dinner (rather than us suggesting it, as you would do at any restaurant). This made our arrival to the hotel rather stressful since we needed a shower before dinner and all three of us felt rushed into dinner...
Well, once there we were given two starters to share between the three of us (thought each one of us would be able to choose a starter of our own...) and the main course was average. For this, we paid 35 euros per head (drinks separate), which we thought it was excessive.
Room - it was a room for three people, I said that very clearly when I booked it. Well, there were only two chairs in the terrace and, what's worse, toiletries for only two people! Also, the third bid was really small and I got charged 60 euros for it... in case this wasn't enough, there was a noise (sounded like a toilet flush) intermittent which kept us away until the early hours of the morning.
I did mention this to the receptionist, who never apologised and said that they would "look at it"... ah, the bathroom window was broken as well.
I need to say that breakfast was very nice and the dining room was cosy and pleasant.
In summary, for the price I paid for one night the service and attention to detail left a lot to be desired. Sorry.

Wow - Just wonderful! From the moment we made contact to the moment we left we had a great experience here. The room, the food, the pool, the services, the location and everything was wonderful. We stayed in 'Limon' room and there was more than enough space for us and our two children. Breakfast and all day snacks were so fresh and beautifully presented. The garden staff kept the pool and grounds looking spotless. Its remote feel was perfect - even though its only 10 mins to Ibiza town you really are in teh countryside too. We really want to come back! Highly recommend and really want to come back! Thank you everyone at Ca n'Arabi

Room Tip: We stayed in Ground Floor room - own access direct to gardens and pool

Nestling amongst 5,000 orange and 1,000 lemon trees, delivering 48,000 kg of fruit annually, an outstanding venue, with some truly notable staff.

At the top of the list Tony, the outstanding head chef, turning out the 1st class rustic, traditional food that you would expect from such a place. An international brigade, including staff from Czech Republic, Italy, Brazil, The Philippines as well as Spain. Claudia and Martina set the bar fairly high on reception.

Although the buffet spread for breakfast was impressive, it would be nice to see labels for some of the less obvious dishes. I have no allergies, or dietary requirements, but still appreciate knowing what I'm eating, especially when it's as good as this.

With so much to see on the island, the excellent pool area was hardly used whilst we were there, and yet has cabanas and extra wide loungers for half the hotel.

There is no sign in the lounge to remind us when breakfast service finishes, it's actually midday. After returning from a club at 6am, our only disappointment was beig informed by the waitress that it was not possible to retrieve the cheese and ham plate from the kitchen as we were 15 mins late for breakfast, and insisted that we were restricted to items from the lunch menu only. I understand the kitchen has a schedule to meet, but when you're paying over £1,000 for 3 nights, a little flexibility would hardly be unexpected.

The chef later apologised and explained that we should not have been told this, and she should have checked with him first. There was in fact no one in for lunch at that point. Employing inexperienced staff in a customer facing role, or neglecting to train them adequately, is a false economy. My top tip for this place is to introduce yourself to Tony, as he can probably solve any problem that Claudia and Martina cannot.

If the pace had a bar facility near the lounge, it could make for a perfect wedding venue.

We had a great week staying at Can Arabi (with one night at Can Jaume, next door and with the same owner). The rooms are nice with traditional furnishings. High ceilings give the rooms an airy feel .Beds are comfortable and bedding is of high quality. It is a very relaxed place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook preparing breakfast and lunch/dinner if you want. Lovely snacks throughout the day and drinks are always available. The pool area is very clean with comfortable loungers making it a relaxing and peaceful area. Location is perfect if you want to have a great place to chill out but a 5 minute taxi ride to the buzz of Ibiza town and short drive to nice beaches.

Room Tip: If quietness is a priority go for a single storey room.
