    A perfect week in a beautiful place, a surprise treat from my husband! B Thank you to John & Pam who made us very welcome on our arrival. The complimentary tray of tea and cake was such a welcome sight after our 3hr journey. The cottage was perfect. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable, and had everything we needed. The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet, a beautiful garden with summerhouse to sit in and watch the many different kinds of birds feeding. Will definitely be returning next year.

    Just returned from a weeks stay at this cottage - absolutely spotlessly clean, beautiful views and lovely location. Great for visiting all the local areas. The owners Pam and John were very friendly and helpful, even left us a tray with tea, coffee and homemade cake on arrival which was a nice touch! Thoroughly enjoyed our week, cottage had everything we needed with all the little home comforts. We would highly recommend - we hope to return next year!!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this charming rental - situated to suit both the seeker of rural pursuits and as a base for visiting other attractions, in our case the North Yorkshire Moors Railway and seaside towns of our childhood, Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, etc. The hosts ensured our stay was without the slightest problem of any sort.
    The cottage was spotlessly clean and we felt at home for the whole of our stay - would recommend without any hesitation
