We took a risk looking to get a tick on our bucket list, what a awesome place.
It’s not 5 star
The restaurant is basic but honest, reasonable food amazing atmosphere.
The rooms are very clean, the staff truly do what they can to accommodate you.
The other guests are wonderful and due to the lack of clothes we are all equal ,
The most sincere conversations we have had were around the pool here.
I cannot disagree more with the negatives posted about this place.
For the price you pay it’s amazing value
Your not in the South of France folks.
Emen and the team are honest and sincere, a Electrial failure from the grid caused a surge and the power was lost in our room 2 am
We were put in the lodge while Emen ran around visibility distressed getting electricians out by 3 am
To have a problem sorted before the other guests woke.
Thumbs up from me buddy you are one passionate caring man.
You speak they listen.
For you spend its amazing value,
The naturist experience is life changing
No sexual context at all brilliant atmosphere where everyone no matter what shape or size feels comfortable.

The nearby villages are loverly very cool local restaurants and no drunken bogans.

My advice would be
Bring snacks, limited alcohol is available
No liquor stores for miles, check their list before you travel
Bring some pool toys ( there cheap in Kuta ) then leave them behind (-:
My advice to Bali Au Naturel
Please keep this paradise as it is
It’s simple honest and refreshing in this crazy world,
Drinks are very pricey and limited
I would rather pay a l more to stay and arrange my own.

Please don’t take my advice or anybody’s
It’s not a big spend
Just Do It
Thank you Bali Au Naturel
Life changing
Will see you soon!

I spend 3 very pleasant days mainly next to the pool getting an all-over tan, and doing a bit of snorkelling, and found the vibe very relaxing and staff friendly. A few things broke down whilst I was there, but they were quickly fixed (very quick considering it's practically in the middle of nowhere). However both bikes were broken, one had only 1 brake working and on the other the gears were gone, and the treadmill in the gym was awaiting spare parts. Would have preferred larger portion sizes at breakfast and dinner (and I'm not a large eater), but otherwise I'm looking forward to going back. Good seafood restaurant Warang Blayag, about 15 mins walk from the resort), and had a good massage at the resort, and a very good one also at Samadhi Spa (20 min bike ride -using only 1 brake!!).

Room tip: If you want A/C then you need the deluxe rooms.

It is a quite place, very peaceful
Very friendly staff
Good restaurant where you can have your meals from breakfast till dinner
Nice large rooms, very confortable (prefer rooms with AC)
Beautiful swimming pools
Good massages
After the effervescence of Seminyak and Ubud, it is a perfect place to stay

This was my first experience at a naturalist resort and it was great. Mainly because of two things: the welcoming guests and small resort size

I had a pool side room. Very large, nice outdoor bathroom with hot shower, satellite tv and air con. Was clean, a few resident geckos made an appearance on a few nights.

Pool and grounds are kept clean and the staff is friendly, English can be an issue sometimes, but nothing that can’t be worked around

The restaurant has good food and a decent selection, but is slightly inflated in price by Bali standards, perhaps because of the remoteness. Included breakfast is adequate. The only alcohol on site is beer and wine.

There is a nice reef just out front of the resort and you can rent gear at the resort.

This resort is great if you’re looking for some naked R and R time. But if you’re looking for exciting night life, or dont enjoy 3 hour car rides on twisting mountain roads this may not be for you.

I hope to be back in the future

Forth visit to Bali Au Naturel. Eight days of just relaxing, don't even have to think about what to wear- bliss. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms set in large well maintained gardens. It is possible to be secluded and private or enjoy a more social atmosphere around the two pool areas. Moks Kitchen Dining has a good range of tasty food choices
for lunch and diner, the menu features both local and international dishes. The Spag Bol
was excelent (my standards for this dish are high). All the staff are friendly and helpful from transport, day tours or just a late night bottle of wine they can make it happen.
My thanks again to team Emen, David and Adi for another great escape from the grind. (Also to Sugi for the view......) Will be back!

Room tip: All rooms good. select based on budget and requirement. Bungalows more basic. standard / deluxe - same facilities but deluxe bit larger.
