We have now rebooked 8 times in 2 summers and still haven't been on our balloon ride. Now been told we will have to wait till next summer. Every time we have to rebook because cancelled it is another month and another month away. And the real kicker is the client care is zero. They don't give a damn if we go or don't go. They refuse to refund money or help get us going on our ride in any way. Basically they have your money so screw you. So very disappointing!! Bought my hubby a ride for his 50th Birthday and we will be lucky to go by the time he is 52. Do not recommend this nasty process to anyone.
