The rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked with frig, coffee machine. Free wifi, great cable. Excellent value for very inexpensive lodging. Office staff polite and efficient. It looks a little run down on the exterior, but rooms are great.

carpet in hallways and rooms stink and smell rotton
bugs, flees, ticks, spiders, every where in the room
bathroom not sanitized at all
no soap, or shampoo,
cleaning service complete crap never came to clean room
if you leave after 10 am and had a do not bother before on the door they don't come back to clean room
owner says it not her fault blame the front desk
which the front desk have nothing to do with it
it is her responsablity to keep the place clean
matresses in hallway and stairways exterior chairs in hallways
put it this way it looks like crap hotel
never again will a book there

Came here to stay after our trip to foresta lumina. Quick and friendly service, pretty large facility. Lots of rooms and different types to choose from. Has a pool and free wifi and cartoon channels which suited my kids well. Really close to all the good restaurants which is a plus. Would totally book here again.
We stayed for 1 night on our way to Quebec City. The room was very simple and basic. There wasn't anything special about it: it was an adequate room for the night. The room was clean. The room was decent for a night. They had a night club ouside the hotel. We had to walk though a wall of cigarette smoke from the people outside the night club to check in. This made check in extremely unpleasant
We were looking forward to a return visit and weren't disappointed.

We were assigned a lovely room with full kitchenette behind the main building.
Very spacious, queen-size bed, nicely appointed room & clean.

Desk clerk recommended nearby restaurant for lunch (or dinner) Brasserie La Seigneurie. Amazing! Separate review.
Self-serve breakfast in main building was simple but lacking juice and maybe choices for eggs.
Were impressed by the focus on preserving the environment including a blue box for recycling.
Will we return? Absolutely!
