This was our third time here in the past year, and we have never been disappointed. The service is unobtrusive but excellent, as is the decor, in tones of grey and red accents. Where this restaurant really shines, though, is in the quality of the food. On our last visit (St. Valentine's Day) my friend and I each had the salmon entree , and the gentlemen with us selected the beef. All delicious! Preceded by an appetizer and soup
it couldn't have been any better. Dessert was three perfect little morsels: cheesecake, sugar pie, and chocolate mousse cake. Excellent coffee completed the excellent meal.
Reservations are recommended. The evening we were there, the restaurant was packed by 6:15 pm! Being off the beaten path (ie not downtown), this wonderful resto is not as expensive as some of the overpriced Sherbrooke restaurants closer to the city core, and it is BYOW to boot! Expect to spend $50- $75 per person, but well worth it.
