We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we went back on our 2nd night to try something different on the menu. Good food. Good service. Good service. Central location in Vieux Quebec.

We, a group of four adults, ate a late lunch at this Irish-feel pub. We chose different dishes to sample from a lamb burger to salmon tartare. Each person's choice was delicious. We usually skip dessert, but our introduction to "Poor Man's Pudding" which incorporates maple syrup with moist yellow cake put a nice sweet ending to a great meal.

Every time I am in Quebec City, I always stop at this pub in Old Quebec. The atmosphere is great and beer is local and the food is good, reasonable pub food with a great french flair.

We showed up on a rainy day for lunch. We were promptly seated and were able to order our food, consisting of onion soup, a Cesar salad and their steak frites. Shortly after we got there, a group of school kids showed up with their chaperones and the place was overwhelmed. We automatically assumed our service would quickly go downhill. Not the case. Our waitress was top notch, calm and maintained her service to us. We would definitely return.

Good local beer selection. Lovely staff. Centrally located. We were looking for a place to warm up out of the rain and it was perfect.
