This BnB is located right on the edge of Old Quebec, meaning it is walking distance to a lot of the historic attractions, as well as the market by the port and the more modern Grand Allee with bars and restaurants.
It is clean and generally comfortable. The staff are helpful and attentive, and answered all of our questions about where to park, etc. Tea was offered to guests when asked for it, which is nice for coming in from the cold.
There is a restaurant downstairs, staffed by the same people, so there can be a bit of confusion regarding who is a BnB guest and who is a restaurant guest. The restaurant guests can get a little loud at night, so I would recommend booking a room on the 3rd floor if you like to sleep earlier than 11pm.
Breakfast is coffee, yogurt, orange juice, and toast (sometimes granola). Overall nice experience for the price.More
