We booked this for our Quebec stay of 2 nights which did not allow us to utilise the full amenities in this hotel.
We walked up the hill from the station which is a bit steep for 150m. Would suggest taxi or bus if older or frail.
All hotel staff I dealt with could not do enough for you and was no trouble at all. Room was very comfortable and also the bed.
Overall was excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance for all the old Quebec sights and many decent bars and restaurants. There is hotel parking but we didn’t use it.

The Hotel Manoir Victoria’s location allows easy ( if you don’t mind walking or some moderate inclines) access to all the points of interest in the older section of Quebec City. The hotel itself is first class with underground parking at a cost of $27 / day Canadian. For that fee you can take your car and return it without an additional fee. The room we had was on the small side, without a microwave. If that’s not a problem the room itself was very nice with even a heated bathroom floor. There is a cost to the breakfast, during our stay it was $19 / person, however there’s a Tim Horton’s next door, if you want something lighter at less cost. Everyone speaks English, and everyone is very helpful. One of the advantages of the Hotel Manoir Victoria is that there are moderate walking inclines to many points of interest. We looked at hotels that were located on the Rue de Saint Paul, the hotels located on or close to this street are 150 to 200 ft below the main areas of attraction, however the original old town is on this level and is within walking distance. The other attractions can be reached by a tram located in the old town for a cost of $3.50 Canadian. We felt the Hotel Manoir Victoria met all of our needs and was a excellent choice for us.

We usually stay at a chain hotel, but decided to splurge on a more upscale one in Quebec. The location was great, but not super easy to drive up to. The hotel was beautiful, lots of charm. The room was very nice and roomy but not as roomy as our Holiday Inn suite for half the price! We used room service, twice successfully, once it was half an hour late and did not have everything we ordered. Food was good, but not worth it for the hefty price tag. Pool was nice, until I realized that the salt water had ruined my new bathing suit! The staff were very nice and attentive. However, no matter how luxurious everything was, by the time you add up the cost, tips, parking, room service (since breakfast was not included) it was just not worth what it cost us. It was nice to feel fancy, but from now on we will stick to Holiday Inn or Best Western!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located right near the main center of the old part and it was easy to get to all the places we wanted. Lots of shops and restaurants right nearby.

Room Tip: Our room was one of the lowest priced rooms and it was very spacious and comfortable.
