I liked their wine lists. There's a lot of choices. They also have signature cocktails that are great and affordable.

Waitress was very nice and recommended the tartar which I took her recommendation but was just gross. Mayo and no flavor to it and comes with these home made chips when they should give you option of salad too. A few customers had the same plate and I heard them all complain. Unless for drinks or cheese plate not suggested to go.

a group of 10 of us went pre jazz fest and while some dishes were very good others were fair. Bloody Caesars have no zing and are made with tomato juice, the battered fish ( which was delicious) comes without fries, and both the salmon tartar and the duck dish were bland. The fish comes with a bland ( again!) Cole slaw and no French fries. I was told that I could get chips as an appetizer so I assumed that they were fries ( as in fish and chips) but they were greasy potato chips (for $6!!). All mains came together, which was nice, but wait staff had no idea who was supposed to get what dish. As I write this I am wondering why this restaurant deserves a 3/5 rating -- maybe it was the atmosphere, my friends, and the Jazz festival that made for such a nice evening

Didn't know what to expect but it was quite good. Wine list is excellent but they should add a few craft beers for good measure cause sometimes it's what you need.
Salmon tartare was excellent, fresh and well seasoned.
Grilled cheese was also very good.
We had the appetizer plate with hummus, ricotta, nuts and crispy bread to start and it was well put together.
Great spot for a preshow meal.

We had dinner there before a show, The wine ist was, ( as we were first told) sold out in all the more affordable sections, later we were told the reason is that they are changing their wine list and are about to switch over to the new one ( shouldn't you have the new wines ready then to replace some on the card?) We decided on a red wine, which came ice cold, chilled like a white wine. again we inquired how this could be and we were told that it was caused by the cold weather outside????? I was not aware that wine cellars were out side? Anyways all of the other 1000s of restaurants in Montréal also have cold weather and the wine comes at the right temperature...
Food came within 10 minutes, prefab, very obvious and also very cold ( fridge) This lace might be good for a drink after the show, but for dining just impossible

We are sorry that you had a bad experience for this visit. We understand your concern and we are truly sorry about it. However, we want to precise that our food is all made from scratch in the kitchen. We have a big team working hard and fast to assure that all customers are served as fast as possible before going to their show. For the wine list, that was unfortunetaly a bad timing because we just changed the wine list which has now 150 bottles. Our server might have done a bad joke for the temperature of the wine because obviously there is no connection with the weather outside and the set temperature of our cellar which is 15 degrees. We hope to see you in the future and be able to make a good second impression. Lyne Simard, co owner
