Description: Chez Chose offers a menu from a blackboard. This menu varies depending on the season and the products from our providers, each and every one of them Quebec's very own craftsmen. It also varies following the fantasies of our chef Marie-France Desrosiers whom plays around the products we receive, maintaining a fresh and seasonal selection. May it be foie gras, vegetables, rabbit, guinea fowl regardless of the delivery, she will lay in your plate a joyful mix of flavours . The perfect brew of our local farmers' hard work and the genius of Marie-France has made Chez Chose something... Grandiose. Have a taste, you will see....

“A little hidden gem”
Reviewed 22 March 2012

Excellent service - Robert (Bobby) is very enthusiastic, knows the menu and does a great job of describing the specials listed on the daily menu board. The chef (Marie-Jeanne) is a young and talented up and comer. Very interesting daily menu, something for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal in a quiet, comfortable and romantic environment. We will go back.

“A Delectable Feast!”
Reviewed 4 March 2012

Being a native Montrealer, I've been to many fine restaurants, but Chez Chose blows them out of the water by far! If you like top-quality ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and mouth-watering bites of the most creative combinations of food, then look no further. Our hosts also offered a friendly and courteous service, and were more than happy to give details on the menu items. I cannot wait to dine here again!

“Great food, great ambience,great staff!”

I enjoyed a lesuirelySunday brunch with a friend. Robert, our server, was very passionate about the food served and explained in detail the uniquely prepared local cuisine. Our choices were delicious! Don't forget to try the chocolate chaud ( hot chocolate) - it makes a wonderful end to the meal.

“Lovely brunch”
Reviewed 26 February 2012

A small, unassuming place with clean decor, a nice space. We ordered from the brunch menu: mushroom omelette (with shitake, trumpet and "pied-de-mouton" mushrooms) and a fruit "mountain" with little bits of choco-banana cake mixed with greek yogourt, granola and honey. The simple dishes were made with very high quality ingredients and the service was friendly. Coffee was ok, but the fruit smoothie (sans banana) was very nice. We also tried the squash soup, which was hearty and smooth, even though it was made without cream. Friendly service and good food = will be back! :)

Ordinary French food, but adequate. Located a bit far from downtown, so a bit out of the lanes for me. One visit was enough.
