We went there 3 friends and as usual this place was awesome. I took the beef tartare, the salmon tartare and the tataki. All well prepared, the service was friendly and very good too.

I went there often and their tartares are always great!

Thank Dany G

This is a typical Montreal foodie place. The wine list is quite good, the menu is very diverse and shows research and refinement. However, the portions are very small for such a steep price and some of the execution was less-than average (overcooked ris de veau and foie gras). This place is all about the sauces and vinaigrettes which are flavourful and well-balanced.
The ambiance with the wood and fireplaces are amazing.
The server was very nice, accommodating and present enough, but the kitchen did not deliver fast enough so it took 2.5h for a 3-course dinner, including dessert, no cocktails.

I have been to this place twice and each time I had pros and cons, but I remember leaving quite happy (maybe because I was drunk though...!). They have an original menu where everyone can find something they would like. They also have a great selection of cocktails which is always pleasant. Don't expect to have fine dining experience there, but you'll have comfy foods and a great evening, the service is also very nice, so I would recommend this place for a great evening with friends. Enjoy!

Quite a small restaurant with cache. NIce to place to visit in the winter and sit by the fire pit in the wall in the back of the resto. Enjoyed the tasting menu of 5 dishes, each accompanied with a different glass of wine. Each dish was a pleasant experience, with the ribs being the favourite. As should be in a tasting menu, portions are small but satisfying. Witnessed very generous portions of beautifully prepared meat at the next table. Will be back to experience the regular menu and servings. Service was good but a bit slow. Would have liked to take more time discussing the wines that were poured. This was a weekday visit and the resto was not full; might be a good time to go back.
