Saturday Night, we didn't really have any plans and a friend calls to invite us out to this new Old Port spot "Grange vin+bouffe". my partner and I were on the fence about going. Our Dinning outings are usually planned carefully and with lots of research (we are truly nerd foodies)lol. We decided to be spontaneous and accepted to go. we were pleasantly surprised!!! the atmosphere was great. the decor was somewhat rustic with class. the staff was amicable and warm and the food was delcious. we ordered a variety of appetizers from mini burgers de bisson, smoked meat, chorizo and tuns. all portions were descent size and all very tasty. we also ordered the beef tartare which is probably the best we've had. All to say we were dfinalt not dissapointed. glad we went a spot we will definantly visit again. prices were also reasonable ( we had Tuango cupons).
cheers!

Had a great meal-- the tartar is absolutely delicious. Beet salad also very good. Wine list is great.

We had planned to go there initially for dinner, but found it open for brunch and it looked promising from the menu posted outside. We were definitely not disappointed. First time we've had a tapas brunch. The portions were excellent, and the quality of the ingredients was superb. The chorizo and potatoes are fabulous. But the piece de resistance was the french toast!!! Never had better stuff... The coffee was to die for. Will definitely go back.

La grange is the kind of restaurant where you can go for any occasion. dinner for 2, party with a group, buisness dinner, Tapas and the meat tray are great, everything is skilfully and simply prepared. The grilled -cheese with jalapeno bread is to die for. Good wine list with knowlegable and friendly wait staff to recomended some pairings. Desserts are not to be miss

We stumbled across Grange vin+bouffe and had the most wonderful experience. Samir greeted us warmly and suggested some excellent wine choices and made a fantastic pear martini that wasn't overly sweet. I would recommend Grange for someone looking for a relaxing upscale but not pretentious experience.
