The Delta hotel is located in the downtown area close to many attractions. Its within an easy walk to the lake, to the CN tower, to the aquarium, to many restaurants and the park. The hotel is relatively new, is well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. We were in a corner room on the 38th floor, with great view of the lake and other parts of the city. The problem was that the view was only available from the bathroom, where a sign invited us to enjoy the view but warned us that we can be seen too. Needless to say, the blinds were down most of the time. The bathroom was very large but the room was very small. It was not a comfortable room for relaxation.

Room tip: A corner room on 41st floor with CN tower view is an ecxellent choice.

i had booked my daughters room for her birthday , she was late getting into the city , instead of being a overreacting father , i live chatted with your team through my marriot app to let me know on her check in , i don't know the persons name on the live chat in evening of Sept 15th but full credit to an awesome job - i really thank you for letting me know . I've stayed at this location dozens of times and the service is always awesome . to top things off there was a piece of birthday cake in her room on check in first class . many thanks from a person just being a dad

The hotel and room were very clean. My room had a great view of the water. The staff were very helpful and friend. Location was absolutely perfect. A few blocks to the water, a short walk to Union station, across the street from the aquarium, lots of restaurants nearby.

Modern hotel located mere steps away from Ripley's Aquarium, Rec Room, CN Tower, Union Station and Rogers Center. Ideal for visiting sports fans and those interested in visiting these landmarks, less so for those like me in town for Business. I was placed in a room directly facing the train station. I could hear the train announcements and honking late into the night and early in the evening. I asked to be moved into a different room. My request was accommodated but I still had to pay an upcharge. I will also note the phone was not working in that room and carpet still moist from a washing. Standard king rooms are well appointed and modern. I was however moved into a Soaker Corner Room which had a beautiful glass bathroom and great view. Desk area has a charging station with a variety of wires. Very much appreciated. In room coffee station is subpar. In terms of amenities: There is a pool and hot tub on the fourth floor. Steam Room was broken. Front desk often has very long lines. Room service was efficient but food was mediocre. Good for a touristy crowd but those looking for something special should look elsewhere.

Room tip: Do not get a room facing train station.

A wonderful establishment - the status and luxury of Marriott but the charm and quaintness of a boutique hotel.

Manisha Saroj at the desk was beyond professional. She not only represented the brand but with her charm and caring to be customer focused welcomed us and ensured a great stay.
