My husband and I booked a getaway night in Toronto that included a hotel stay and morning massage. I specifically chose the Sheraton so we would have easy access to the spa. As we approached the spa, my phone started ringing...it was the spa. TWO MINUTES BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!!! They said somehow our appointment was double booked and they couldn't take us until over an hour later than what we were scheduled. Unbelievable!!!! We had to forego the massage because our schedule to check out and get on the road again would not allow for it. All we got was a "sorry" from the receptionist who really didn't actually seem to care. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!!
