The hotel was very nice, clean, and contemporary. The staff was very friendly. The location is in the middle of many downtown Toronto landmarks. The hotel is connected to the Blue Jays' Dome, the CN Tower and Aquarium are right next door, there's a sky-walk that connects to Union Square (which provides has a train to the airport), and the location is near the train railway museum and Lake Ontario.

The hotel was easy to get to even for someone who usually drives on the other side of the road. Great eating opportunities were taken both inside the hotel and nearby. The front desk staff were great and really knew their job well.
Not only are the rooms clean and the beds are extremely comfortable the hotel is in a great location as well. Everything is in walking distance- great restaurants and attractions. Of course it's the best place to be when you're going to see the Blue Jays!!
Great place & staff. The lounge was so comfortable & staff very genuine. Front staff were always willing to make sure you were looked after. The taxi & lomo service were always prompt & very friendly. I would recommend your hotel for a great place to stay.
Had a room with a view of the baseball field that was cool. Could not get the room to cool down and called front desk. They offered to move us but at this point we were in bed and did not want to move.
Club room was nice ans staff all throughout the hotel were great.

I booked at the conference venue and had no clue where I was staying until I got there. I was extremely impressed with the downtown location, easy in/out, valet parking, restaurant/bar, lounge, very clean, and friendly staff. Good ambiance.
