If you enjoy leisurely walks, major hikes, swimming, rock climbing or camping this is the place to be. I go every year and discover something new every time. If you want a quick day trip or a summer vacation spot check it out.

A nice place to camp and swim in the summer. Lots of activities for kids. A good place to go for a day trip from Thunder Bay...or to camp for a few days. Lots of deer to see on the drive there. Its close to Silver Islet and the "Blue" store. Great for outdoor adventures.

What an incredible park. From the sleepy town of Silver Islet at the end of the Sibley Road (a great winding road with plenty of wildlife in plain view), to the massive railway tressle running overtop of the entrance to the park, to the ample campgrounds suitable for families, couples or the gang, this is easily one of Ontario's best provincial parks.

We stayed in the north campground away from the hustle and bustle of the main campground. There is no electricity hook up, but the peace and quiet is worth it! Deer were seen walking on the roads near our site. We biked right from our site onto the trails, and we hiked the full trip around the giant - make sure you wear a good pair of shoes!!! The views are spectacular! A must see!
