We enjoyed our day. The actors were very nice and tried to include all the children in the adventure, which was a little hard to do as there were so many children. My five year old grandson was ready to back the next day if we would have let him.

Had a great time on this 75 minutes boat cruise on Mooney's Bay. We took two five year olds and they absolutely loved it, they actually thought it was a real pirate ship and pirates. The actors were amazing, I thought perhaps it would be a bit corny but was very pleasantly surprised as the catered to both adults and kids alike.
They ask you to come 30 mins before sail time so the kids can be costumed and face painted to get them into the role playing mode. Excellent interactive performance. Parking is close by and very cheap.

Only downside is the one price $24 for everyone with no discounts for either children or seniors so for a family of 5 at $24 each plus tax + plus a convenience fee of $7.20 to a total of$142.80 is rather pricey for a 75 minute boat ride.

We brought our girls 5 & 3 yrs old.

They loved getting into character and got right into the storyline and loved shooting the water canons and all the interactive parts of the story. They still talk about it and it's been over a month now.

I personally cringe at thinking about doing anything interactive like this, and it was actually fun for me too. The actors did a great job of including the adults in a way that wasn't ever offputting. I was impressed.

Mooney's Bay Pirate Ship. Fun pirate entertainment for all children ages. Even the adults interact. They provided us with pirate costumes before we boarded the ship.

We went with 2 adults, 3 kids (5, 8, and 10). I was skeptical, about the cheesyness of the whole thing, but the actors were fun and worked with the cheese in good form and it was enjoyable for both adults and kids. The kids said they really liked it. It was a bit pricey, but in the end I did think it was worth it and I gave them a big tip because I think the crew was truly giving it their all to make sure everyone (especially the kids) had a good time.

The location is right next to this awesome HUGE playground (could easily spend hours just in the playground) and a beach (which it was too cold for, but would make for a great day!)

FYI 4$ parking and porta-potties on-site.
