Need free maps, they got them.

Need to know where to go? They will tell you.

They have the tickets to give out for the free tours in English and French.

Lots of sun with little shade.

Hot dog vendor with water and gatorades nearby.

The lines can be 150 people deep and take about 30-45 mins to move to the front.

Tour items are first come, first serve, I would recommend getting there by 9-9:30am to get the pick of tour guide times.

A bathroom / washroom is on site indoor second floor and have an elevator.

Good place to get information for your Ottawa visit including multiple museum visit tickets. At 9 am a limited number of free tickets are available for the guided tour of Parliament. Even if you do not make it to the kiosk be sure to keep an eye our for helpful and knowledgeable guides with a ? on their vests.
