The breakfast service was amazing, I have been to this location several times and the service from Cindy is wonderful. She is a treasure, polite, courteous, attentive and just and an all round wonderful employee. It is for Cindy's service that we keep coming back.

We went there on a Wednesday evening. The food was great. The sangria was delish. Even our 8yr old daughter said her strawberry lemonade was the best ever. Our waitress was Ashley and she was awesome! It was my favorite dining experience of our week in Niagara Falls.

We went for dinner after 9 p.m. on Friday night. It was not very busy but we had to wait quite a while, more than 30 minutes for our food to be served after ordering. The nachos literally had little salad dressing cups (each holding maybe a tablespoon), one each of beans, sour cream and salsa, with about 2 ounces of chicken and about the same amount of cheese. The little cup of beans looked like it had been sitting for hours. I would rather they simply increase the price than serve such a meager portion. Salsa obviously not house made. Baked potato soup below average. Staff was nice. Brought the same amount of bread for our group of 7 that the tables with 3 or 4 people received. When we asked for more bread the server came back and said they would have to bake more if we wanted more. I have eaten at other Tony Roma's before and always been pleased with the food. Maybe some of this was because it was late in the evening and they were ready to go home.

Do not order the grilled shrimp. It has no seasoning or indications it has been grilled. Plain, dry white shrimp are not appetizing and should not be on the menu, When we asked for a replacement the waitress did the right thing and got the shift manager. The shift manager tried to convince us to keep the meal, but eventually backed down. Either replace it graciously or refuse to replace it. I don't want to argue about it, however.

The kitchen had some meat cooking inconsistency. A medium well steak was medium well on one-side and medium on the other. A medium steak was medium rare, but that was corrected. Two fillets were also medium-rare, but I noticed after eating the rib part of an meal and was frankly tired of seeing the argumentative manager.

The service took a long time. We were not pressed for time so that did not particularly bother us, but might be a problem for others.

There is an Outback in the parking lot and a TGIFridays across the street and I would cross the street rather than eat here should I be in this area again with folks who prefer the chain restaurants.

wow, creamy, hearty, cheesy, just a fantastic bowl of soup. had it the first time over 6 years ago and just keep coming back every year for another bowl. what a wonderful meal in itself on a cold winters day. and at $6 it is very reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant.
