This hotel was in the perfect location. All of the attractions are within walking distance. The WEGO blue line stops in front of the hotel for those who prefer riding the bus or who buy the Niagara Pass with all the attractions (which by the way is the best option for your money, kids under 5 are free!). The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. If you drive to the hotel please know that parking is $14.99 CAD a day, plus tax. I also want to add that this hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which is reasonably priced compare to everything else on the strip. Adults is $12.99 and Kids are $6.99 (buffet ends at 10:30am) i'm unsure of the start time.

Room tip: we were on the 7th floor. We had a view of the parking lot, but the best view for fireworks!

We had a very good stay at this hotel located centrally, close to everything. Plenty of parking at $14 CAD per day. We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and it was full. The rooms are clean, the bathroom also clean. Could not find anything out of place, or to complain about. Housekeeping did an excellent job. There’s a breakfast buffet for $13 and some change at the Keg Restaurant off the lobby. Starbucks is right next door, Denny’s across the street. Within walking distance from the Falls, about 20 minutes, and many restaurants and attractions. The area is kind of cheesy, but the hotel is great. Fireworks above the Falls every night, we could see them from our window.

Great base of operations for our long weekend visit. The surface parking lot has easy access and plenty of spaces. The hotel has 10 floors and our party occupied two rooms on the top floor. Room 1004 was nice but the air conditioner did not work as well as room 1005. Both rooms had a whirlpool bathtub between the bathroom counter and bed as well as a gas fireplace in the corner of the room.

The commode and shower are separated from the sink area with a door. The sink/counter area is very small and no storage other than on the counter. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and even asked at what time we wanted our rooms cleaned. This worked out well because our room was always clean when we came back form our daily excursions.

We were able to walk to a number of restaurants and the Greg Frewin Magic Show. The hotel is located on the main drag and so much to do within in an easy walk. Starbucks is next door. Breakfast is served buffet style in the attached Keg Resturant.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. They offered us a great package. My only complaint is that one of the tours they gave us was to the Neob Lavendar Fields. That would have been great except the fields were harvested a month ago and there is nothing to see.

Close to the falls, nice employees!!!

The location of this property was fantastic. It’s a short walk south to the Falls, Skylon Tower, incline, casino, etc. and short walk north to all the attractions at Clifton Hill. Once on site, we didn’t need a car or bus pass to explore all the nearby sights.

The hotel itself was nice and very kid friendly with indoor and outdoor pools and an arcade. For the grownups, there is a nice steakhouse and bar onsite that also serves an inexpensive breakfast buffet in the morning.

Our room was spacious and clean. We didn’t use the jacuzzi tub, but the walk in shower was roomy enough and had great water pressure. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room fresh, replacing towels, etc.

We wanted a reasonably priced, but decent, hotel in the middle of all the action, and this fit the bill. All in all, this was an excellent choice for us.
