Booked through Airmiles for overnight mid December. Tried numerous times to reach the hotel to confirm booking & requests and call kept going to head office. Finally did get through and on arrival, requests were not noted but cleared up immediately.
Pool was available - hotel requests no more than 10 at a time, but I had it to myself - lovely view from the pool of the falls & parks.
Had fireplace/jacuzzi room. Nice and clean - everything worked. Shower was very small - smallest I’ve experienced so I guess it is to make up for the jacuzzi in bathroom. Hotel has been replacing jetted tubs so if you want one, would need to request.
Fallsview Buffet closed of course; nice breakfast menu priced from $20-24 - plenty of food. Server not our fav and got 1 order incorrect - hardly anyone in restaurant. Mine was great.
Massimo’s for supper was extremely disappointing for the main - well overdone shrimp - rest was good.
Love this hotel location in the winter - Falls view was awesome, esp at night. Having indoor access to restaurants, games, shopping is a bonus here as well when it’s extremely cold. Loved going to the park for the Christmas lights.

Room tip: Falls view was worth the extra

The hotel is steps away from Lundy’s Lane which is the main drag for Niagara Falls, so there isn’t much walking to be done. If you get a room facing the falls it’s a stellar view especially during the night. We did the spa package there which was clean and well serviced—highly recommended. Only qualm is the parking is further away than Lundy’s is, but that being said it’s just around the corner. Parking was covered by the hotel. The best part about the room is the balcony you can actually walk and stand on to enjoy the view rather than the false windows hotels seem to be opting for. True to the Sheraton brand, they’re always a win.

Stayed at the Sheraton on the falls for an overnight getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We were fortunate enough to stay in a corner room that overlooked both the American and Canadian falls, as well as a view of Clifton hill. Hydro one celebration of lights was in full swing, and at night the view of the lit displays could be seen for miles. Only being there the one night, we didn’t get much of a chance to take in all the Sheraton had to offer, but if the rest of the hotel is as nice as their staff and accommodations, then it’s sure to please. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks for the experience. Cheers. P.S. take the late checkout.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the falls. The Sheraton beds are the best and the shower was excellent. Excellent service from front desk, check-in, room service - all top notch. The hotel was responsible and appropriate in its Covid -19 precautions. A 2 min walk to the Hershey store where they have chocolate covered strawberries! We will be back.

Room tip: choose falls view - high floor

Staff were very nice, polite and helpful. My Husband inquired about an upgraded room as we were celebrating our Anniversary - they gave us a room with a view of both Falls, with a small balcony that we could use to hear the falls, it was Amazing!!! The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The only complaint we had was that there were no protector covers on the pillows. COVID restrictions were probably implemented. Hotel is in a great location to walk to the falls and various entertainment. We will be staying here again.
