We didn't stay in the building with blue glasses. I didn't even know that building is also part of the Inn. Next to the blue glassed-building, there's motel-like building, (you park right in front of the room type of motel), that's where the restaurant is. The outdoor pool is in the middle of the parking lot. I have to say pictures look whole lot nicer than the actual inn. We were there for 2 nights and we picked the inn because we wanted to be able to walk to the Fall, but didn't want to spend a fortune. We couldn't get any natural light because we were on the ground floor. The room felt humid, stuffy. There was a very old air conditioning unit in the room, we had to crank that up high to get rid of the humidity. There's a sink outside of the bathroom which is always nice. I was actually surprised to see that because considering how old the building looked, it's not usual. It's in a convenient location. You can get to the Fall, table rock welcome centre quickly and comfortably using the incline railway. You have to pay for the incline railway but when the railway is not operating, there's a free shuttle bus from the in front of the railway spot to the welcome centre.

This hotel is a great location to be close to the falls, but away from the crowds of people. We stayed for two nights and while it seemed a bit in need of renovations and updating, it was clean and comfortable. Should we return to Niagara Falls in the near future we most likely will stay here again. The lady at check in was very nice and helpful with any questions I asked.

You really cannot find much fault with this hotel. It is a very very very decent one. They offered at a good price per night however charged for the parking which pretty much everyone else are doing in the region. Customer service has been top class and it is 1 km from the falls. Requested refrigirator and they charged extra 10$ per night.

Room Tip: Any room should be a good room.

Really friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Given lots of useful information - including a map - on check in.

Rooms were comfortable and traditionally furnished. Air conditioning and tea & coffee making facilities. There is no fridge. For a family, it was really useful to have a separate sink in the dressing area. WiFi was included.

Nice outdoor swimming pool, with a few unmatched chairs / loungers around the edge. Pool quite deep, but with decent sized shallow end clearly denoted.

Breakfast not included, but there is an on site restaurant at which you can buy breakfast at a reasonable price. They have a kids menu.

Convenient location to walk to the horseshoe falls. Near the cliff railways (Falls incline) - which was chargeable, but saved your legs on the walk back. Alternatively on the blue line route of the WeGo your bus. Great view of the fireworks at night just in front of the Marriot hotel on the opposite side of the road.

We didn’t have a car - but noted that parking was an additional charge ($15 CAD) which seemed excessive.
