This hotel is beautiful and it is a great option if you are looking for a fantastic falls view avoiding all the noise from the Clifton Hill area. The WEGO bus stop is right on front of the hotel and with the destination fee charged on your reservation you will get free passes for 2 days. From the employees I will need to say, visit the hotel's gift shop, an incredible Italian lady works there and will give you a great service and kindly will answer your questions. Also, the housekeeper Alicia from Mexico is the best! She works fast and efficiently + her amability and happiness is awesome. The restaurant employees and food is great, no complaints about them at all. From the reception service on the other hand I need to say that there is a very rude girl working there. I will love the Management to check the video recordings of the middle counter ( Wednesday Sept 14th between or around 9/10 am). This employee was very rude and yes, she solved the situation but with a very bad attitude. Too bad that their name tags don't have their names very visible, otherwise I will caution all the future customers about her. I just needed the brochure that have the WEGO coupon to get the passes that I was supposed to receive at the check in but never found it among my things and maybe she thought that I was lying about it to try to benefit more from the other coupons attached, or maybe she didn't like my politeness or non reaction to her angry face and attitudes, but she got to a point of mistreating a new employee in training that was working beside her very nasty also. Thanks to her I rate this hotel 4 out of 5. All the other reception employees were kind and helpful.
The views of the falls are breathtaking... It is located at a walking distance from the main attractions, restaurants, Casinos and other hotels.

Room tip: High floor absolutely

1. Our connection driver when arriving at the hotel criticised the hotel for hanging flags incorrectly. He was correct, the Canadian flag which should have primacy as this is Canada was on the wrong pole, not centre and was at half mast. The other two flags, USA and Marriott were at full mast. When I spoke to staff, including desk, door and management was given an air of absolute disinterest and a clear indication that they did not care. Probably no Canadians, and no one with a military or government background. I was told the ‘maintenance’ guys were busy. My 92 year old mother could have sorted it!
The next day still the same. Very poor.
2. Decor needs a good refresh.
3. Windows need to be cleaned more regularly especially because there’s a premium for a view.
4. Complimentary bottled water….costs $4.95.

We had a very nice dining experience at Milestones in the Marriott. Warm and cozy atmosphere, our waitress Julie was amazing. So professional and friendly, excellent service all around. Delicious food and spectacular views.

Booked as a Plat member and was pre-upgraded to a Premium Falls View Room. Very happy with the start other than the originating email I sent to the hotel that was returned which looked to be the Niagara Resorts Head Office as they own/manage several hotels here. The email was very generic and not personal whatsoever.
Upon a slightly early arrival we needed to wait for our room. Check in was friendly but it looked to be a lot of young people working not very in tune to Customer Service - I am assuming a lot of rotation of staff in this tourist community?
We arrived on the Sunday of the long weekend and Niagara Falls was packed with people and kids. I was not expecting that but died down once Tuesday hit.
Hotel is aging - it looks as though a few upgrades were done but done very cheaply for sure! Our Air Conditioning sounded like a freight train at night as there were more things rattling, hissing, burping and spitting that I wanted to hear all night albeit was not interested in moving rooms. We also needed to ask for softer pillows after the first night as the ones we had were like bricks and the size of logs. My neck and back were very sore.
They came through very quickly and delivered 3 softer pillows! Very happy.
Club Lounge is more or less closed but said it is stocked all day and we can grab beverages and snacks whenever we want. The first 2.5 days the thing looked bare - cupboards wide open and not a snack to be found - There was only one bottle of water in the cooler until Tuesday?
Plats received breakfast in the restaurant which was a bonus for sure and it was pretty good, We ate one evening in Milestones and the food and service was excellent! It was rated #4 on Trip Advisor for all of Niagara Falls. I had the signature chicken dish and it was very tasty with enough food. My wife had the Sweet Chili Chicken bowl. We both really were impressed with the meals and the taste. Would definitely recommend.
First time in Niagara and found it SOOOOOO touristy and very expensive - they soak the tourists good for everything.
Glad we checked it out but it is a "one and done" trip for us.
All the hotels there seemed a little run down and getting older plus their is a monopoly on the ownership so I think they do what they want? The hotel was not outstanding but not super bad either - it did the trick and they treat Plat members reasonably plus a good location at the end and out of the hustle and bustle. We had a great views to the falls also! The incline down to the falls is just a block away behind the Marriott Fallsview which was very handy.

Using Bonvoy, booked room here, got a 4th floor room….with no AC. Kind of disappointed we were not higher.
Because of no AC, they moved us, new room had no charger for phones (old room did), no wash cloths, and the batteries in the TV remote were dead. The view is nice, the cost was a lot and the fees really added to the room cost. No very happy, Marriott used to be the industry leader in quality.
