While the Old Stone Inn is certainly dated and could use a good refresh, for a dog friendly hotel close to the Casino and the Falls it is a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the old stone building that anchors the hotel is gorgeous. The restaurant is worth visiting even if you aren't staying there. A beautiful room with farm to table food is not easy to find in Niagara Falls, land of the chain restaurants. We had the wild boar belly as a start, placed on a sweet corn succotash, which was amazing. The watermelon salad was both nicely presented, and delicious. The pan roasted trout was also well done. For breakfast, try the bacon tree!

Stay was too short because it was so enjoyable to be treated to exceptional food and drinks.
Meals were as great a presentation as they were to taste. Cocktails were creative and very delicious.
Staff were knowledgeable and sincerely wanted to meet all your needs and always surpassed expectations.
3 days 3 nights stay a beautiful experience.
Will definitely go back and highly recommend this establishment to all.

Ordered the charcuterie board and it only had prosciutto and this cheap grocery store salami that was dry (maybe they pre slice it and forget to wrap it) and the crostinis tasted stale with no seasoning also the pickled veg tasted horrible and the cheese was moldy. So I tried ordering the salad and they didn't have peaches ( you can drive anywhere and buy peaches because they are in season ) so I tried the gazpacho, which tasted like sour tomato sauce yuck. Also ordered the prime rib and I overheard the staff saying its been in the fridge for 40 days and was dark grey ew so I passed and overheard them talking about the executive chef sweating into the food and serving food that was dropped on the floor and then rinsing it off. Also they were serving week old bread pudding. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone and its definitely not fine dining i wish i could give a lower star then 1.

We are local and 3 of us, myself and my 2 sisters in law cycle the Niagara Circle Route every summer. We do it in 2 days and it's approximately a total of 150 km. + or -
We discovered this little gem of a hotel last year when we first stayed there for our one overnight. The pool, the courtyard where we were served drinks and were entertained by a solo musician was awesome after riding 80 k or so the first day in the heat. Unfortunately this year due to Covid 19 we could not be served out in the courtyard, nor was there entertainment...but it was still awesome. The STAFF were just beyond caring and couldn't do enough for us as we stored our road bikes inside, and they immediately handed us cold bottles of water (no charge), and checked us in, all masked due to the pandemic. We felt safe and cared for and could not ask for a better experience. Kudos to the owners for their choice of staff members, and the outstanding service during this difficult time. We look forward to staying there every year as we once again hop on our bikes from Welland and enjoy another 2 days together. Thanks to my one sister in law for discovering this gem, and to the Inn for an awesome safe experience.

Room tip: Courtyard view is perfect, but maybe they all have that.

Not sure where to begin, My husband and I stayed at The Old Stone Inn Boutique about 5 or 6 years for our Wedding Anniversary, my first impression was very elegant and quaint. We left with Lovely pictures and memories. Only to return yet again July 9th, 2020 during Covid-19 and we included our children for our 15 year wedding anniversary. This visit was most definitely different due to meeting Jasleen the front desk clerk. Jasleen made sure we had an amazing experience from start to finish, the children enjoyed there stay also.

Currently, its July 24th, 2020 and we have returned a 3rd time to celebrate our daughters Sweet 16 Birthday, yet still during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our children were impressed with the quality of service and the pleasant upkeep from our last visit that they requested for us to return and Celebrate. Jasleen, yet again made sure that our service from start to finish was over and beyond. Also, thank you to Nick the front desk clerk for his assistance. Thank you so much Jasleen and the Awesome team-Staff @ Old Stone Inn Boutique. We definitely recommend this Beautiful Hotel to all families, especially during Covid-19. The hotel staff maintain a well clean and sanitized facility with care to all during such a difficult time.

Ps. We had Lovely Adjoining rooms so we could stay close to our children yet have time to ourselves. Great family oriented Hotel.
