Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Parking situation is very poor as mentioned in other reviews, and the woman at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. She then put me in a wheelchair accessible room and didn't bother telling me. I got up to my room and discovered that I didn't have a bathtub (i.e., nothing separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom).
I call down to the front desk to ask for another room. Three times. The phone rings, and rings, and rings, and no one answers. I go down to the front desk less than a minute after the last call (my room was on the second floor). Of course, the same lady who checked me in is sitting in the back room reading a book (it's 9:30 p.m. - not exactly the wee hours of the morning). Why she didn't care to answer my calls, I'll never know, but I have my suspicions.
In any event, I give her my complaint, and all I get is "we're sold out". No explanation of how I end up in a room without a bathtub, no sorry, no sympathy.
I left the hotel that night and am never going back. Extremely disappointed with the quality and service of this hotel. Never staying there again.More
