there are some folks that simply cannot appreciate the nature of a fine tuned extremely efficient hum of a highly recognized and respected operation like the Shakespeare Steak House! We have been to dozens upon dozens of well oiled and terrific dining experiences,and few have attained the meal experience that my wife and I had here....from the moment we entered, to our table assignment, to our wait staff intro, to the fine wine list and suggestions, right through the insistence that we "always have fish on the menu" to the stellar and proud announcement that we have "26 ounce porterhouse" on the menu...we found NO flaws in the way that the staff,waitstaff,and kitchen staff, handled themselves during our wonderful dining experiences. We went to Shakespeare's for the steak, and besides the appetizers of garlic bread, french onion soup, and homemade balsamic dressing on our very fresh garden salads, to our table attendant's red wine suggestion, we awaited our steak order's arrival with anticipation. My wife's issues with gluten and dairy intolerance's were met with such ease that we knew this would be special.....our steak dinners arrived,and now that special moment.....that first foray into our porterhouse steaks......perfectly prepared, easy to cut, and we were BOTH DELIGHTED at the aroma and taste of our meat.....very very perfect. Our wait staff professionally inserted themselves into our meal at the most appropriate moments with such intriguing humour, and at just the right time....and at that moment we BOTH DECIDED this was our FERRARI dining experience right through our dessert menu and the arrival of the finishing touches of the 2 litre candy bowl. If you cannot appreciate the cost involved in such a wonderfully concluded evening, you will NEVER APPRECIATE the tingling sensation of a well tuned operation like Shakespeare's Steak House.
