We always get the same server who is awesome - very polite and attentive. The beer tasted weird so my boyfriend switched his with no issue and the server offered to check the keg line.
The food was absolutely awful. We ordered wings and a poutine (those should be HARD to mess up). The poutine was extremely salty (and we love salt) to the point I couldn’t eat it. After sending back the beer, I held off with complaining about the poutine. But the wings, I couldn’t stomach. We’ve had them before and they’ve been so good that we actually ordered them off of “Skip the dishes” in the past. But this time, they were undercooked and rubbery. We asked that they be thrown in the oven for a few minutes to crisp them up. At that point they were overdone and all the sauce had dried up but we were still charged an extra $1.60 for a side of wings sauce. They had a party going on that reserved half of the restaurant so maybe they were just understaffed in the kitchen and that’s why their performance was so bad. Either way, we will never, ever return. Wished we went to Pheasant Plucker across the street instead.
