As we attempted to reenter the venue we were rudely refused reentry because the bouncers did not recognize us. As two young women we were forced to wait in the cold for 30 min only to be told that the they would not allow us in because we did not have stamps - which we were not offered. The bouncers claimed they were at capacity. They locked the doors and advised everyone, including our friends that if they stepped out the door they would not allow reentry. We were left stranded with our belongings inside and literally had to source a cab on the street to take us home. The staff here were extremely hostile and we watched many people walk in - who were likely friends of the bouncers - walk in freely without question. I am utterly disgraced to consider this a venue for enjoyment based on the experience tonight and the lack of concern for women standing in the cold and alone exposed to an uncomfortable amount of homeless people. Our friend further advised that the place was empty and it was basically a sausage fest. You've got a few lessons to learn palm palace

A friend and I went to Palm Palace for lunch, we had no issue with being seated, the hostess was quick to take our food order. There were three or four other tables being served as well, one table had issue with service it was taking the waitress quite awhile to come to there table. When our food came we should have only ordered one meal because there was so much food it was enough to feed a small family, it was very tasty, we had enough food left to have another meal. All the staff that we came in contact with were very pleasant.

I try not to write reviews only when I have a bad experience, so I'll try to mix in some good with this review. We selected Palm Palace out of the many restaurants we could have went to on a weekday evening. We once had a good experience going there after attending an event a couple of months ago on a weekend. The food was great and the décor was nice.

On this visit, given that we were there, I should have taken my daughter's queue when she said "why are we the only customer here"? We were hungry, just off from work, our kids were hungry, we were doing tons of errands that day and decided to go out for dinner.

The waitress was nice, promptly seated us and took our drink order. We also ordered an appetizer and that was also brought out in a timely manner. We ordered our main meal right after we ordered our drinks. One dish from our main meal arrived ( we ordered 3 things). We sat there thinking it would be a matter of minutes before the rest came out, like any normal restaurant. We waited 5 mins, 10, 15, 30, approx. 45 minutes and the other items still didn't come out. Our one dish became stone cold, we received no updates from the server. Only when we just about had it and was ready to leave, we get an update saying it's the kitchens fault. We paid for the drinks and appetizers and left without eating. Our children was still hungry and we decided to take our business elsewhere.

We never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. To leave without food. These people should be ashamed.

Bottom line, avoid this place on a weekday for food. Don't expect much unless your there to drink.

If your ever in Brampton and with family or friends and you are looking for a great spot to taste some caribbean food, this is the place to be! The resturant turns into a nightclub on weekedns which is a great spot for dinner and then some dancing. The service and staff are pleaseant but they could be a bit more attentive to the customers. I recommend the spicy wings and the Calamri.
