On June 20th, 2017 after a long day of cleaning after the moving company finished packing my house I promised my cleaning crew Beer and Pizza... I had the beer cooling in the hotel room fridge and I ordered pizza online from Topper's and received the following automated reply:
Dear XXXXX XXXXXXXXXX,
Thank you for your order. To make any changes, or should you need further assistance, please call us at 613-813-7171. Average Delivery time is 45 minutes. Please note that quoted order times are estimations, order times can vary during peak business hours.
Then the order never arrived, I still had a very hungry crew and tired crew, we had to order from Tina's, thank goodness they were more reliable then Topper's.
I sent an email to head office of Topper's they never saw fit to reply, however sent many advertisements to my inbox. I have waited and after 11 months still no reply, I feel this was a fair time to wait before telling family and friends of the poor service and lack of reply, and now to post on here, I would never post a frivolous comment and certainly not without giving a place of business the chance to make it right first, I am also resending the email as I feel it only fair... my advice... Order from Tina's
