After living here for nearly a year we finally decided to take some visiting family to do this tour. We have four young children and two seniors as well as ourselves all of whom do not drink much alcohol and this tour was still just so much fun. It was just right length, provided the children with interesting historic entertainment and involvement, and variety for the adults. The employees are so much fun and very knowledgeable and talented. The kids later said this tour was their favourite part of the day.
This tour was amazing; Informative and fun. We also got to taste their craft brews, which are not available anywhere else. Highly recommend going on this tour!
I did the Keith's tour with my husband while on vacation in Halifax, and we had a really fun time. We had the opportunity to sample several beers; my husband especially loved the chocolate/coffee beer! It was neat to learn some of the Keith's history, and we enjoyed the Ceilidh complete with toe-tapping live music. Great job!
We toured Alexander Keith’s brewery today. The girls there all did an amazing job. The tour not only included sampling Alexander keys various varieties of beer but also a small Ceilidh. If you’re ever in Halifax I recommend this as one of the things you she should take in
History, song, music, stories and beer tasting. What could be better! We enjoyed the tour immensely and all our guides were fun and informative. Well worth the price of admission. Plus we fell in love with the India Pale Ale which is unavailable in the US
