Chef Roland Glauser has made some changes to his menu, so we decided to try them out. All were delicious. I never would have thought to use quinoa in a salad, but it's perfect in the “Greens, Grains & Citrus” Salad. Another yummy appetizer is the Zucchini Picatta. As for our entrees, I love potatoes, so I really enjoyed the “Let’s Make Mexico Grate Again” Roesti. My husband had the Town Market Fusilli, featuring a savory Lockeport Town Market sausage. As always, the food and service were delightful!
