Quick overnight stop here on our way to maine. Staff were amazing, great customer service. Rooms were a little small and dated however property was clean and everything was in good working order. Free parking and breakfast was a nice touch.

4.5 stars...We stayed for a quick overnight en route to Nova Scotia. This is a great location and very convenient to the Digby ferry. The rooms and pool are slightly dated, but very clean. Linens were fresh. The most memorable part of this trip for us was the attentive and thoughtful staff. We requested a cot upon check in (we were traveling with two adults and three children) and John at the front desk made certain that we got extra towels, too. Our three year old had been hanging out in front of the fireplace while we checked in and he left his blanket there when we went up to our room. Later that night, we received a call from the front desk wondering if anyone in our room was missing a blanket. We were so impressed that they tracked us down and made sure we didn't leave it behind!

On your next visit we would love to have you stay in one of our newly renovated rooms which are just coming hot off the press to rave reviews. They will all be complete by this June with our 7th floor being unveiled this week. Your positive comments on our valuable team members will be shared with our staff.

I have stayed there twice-both times over the holidays. The first time was better. This last time was a bit touch and go with some noise problems stemming from work being done in a nearby unit that the lobby denied was happening saying the work was on the top floor many floors above me so that couldn't be what I heard. I got some mouthiness from a young woman at the front desk the first day I was at this location the second time around. After being at this Hotel for several days without any other 'incidents' there was a spate of door slamming from someone in some nearby unit. I decided to leave days before my planned stay was over-this time around-and head to greener pastures. I had trouble in the form of billing issues from the place I subsequently checked into. A place just down the road from this Hotel. Connected? Who knows. I doubt I will stay in this Hotel again despite my initial stay being a friendly experience. My second stay was..."variable."

The front desk was friendly and accommodations as expected. The most notable thing was that on arrival my Wife dropped her glove someone in a nearby car got our attention and ensured we did not forget it.

Hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly. Beds are really comfy. Excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever. Close to downtown and to major highway. Kuerig coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Again can't stress the cleanliness and pleasant staff.
