We regularly order from Ramallah on the Skip the Dishes app. The portions are very generous and the food has never disappointed us. They have a great selection and if you are a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine Shwarma, hummus olives and labneh, you will continue to go back as I do.

I've been here several times this year. The food is excellent. There's also a fair choice for drinks - lovely fresh sparkling sodas. We love the food - it tastes so fresh. Only downside, if you're a non-smoker, is the hookah pipes that other patrons seem to love! Makes it a bit smokey inside at times, but it's not the same as cigarette smoke! Lots of friendly locals inside. Highly recommend this place.

If you are a fan of Middle eastern cuisine and "shee-shaw/Hookah water pipe" you will really enjoy this cafe/restaurant. It is also open quite late-- which adds to its appeal. If you are not familiar with this type of food its worth your while to give it a try....

My husband won a Saturday brunch for 2 through Facebook. It included 6 falafel balls, labneh, feta and goat cheese, hummus, olives, tomato slices, pickles, pita bread and black tea with mint. It was delicious! We will definitely be back and would happily pay the $19 cost.

The falafel were crispy on the outside yet flavourful and soft on the inside. They went wonderfully with the hummus, pita, olives, labneh (middle eastern yogurt) and cheeses. The feta had a very mild flavour while the goat cheese was rich and delicious, topped with a seasoning.

If I had any criticism it would be the communication. We called the day before to find out if a reservation was required and the person who answered the phone was hard to understand and was unable to answer our question. He stated that the restaurant opened at 11am on Saturday, which was incorrect. By email, we confirmed it opened at 12pm and that no reservation was required. This matches the hours on the Facebook site. The hours on their website are incorrect as well, stating they are open 9am-4am on Saturday.

We also discovered the man who served us at the restaurant had no idea we were there to redeem the contest brunch, which we communicated when we arrived. He provided us all of the food and his services were excellent, so we tipped him very well and as we left, he wanted to be paid as well. Fortunately, we were able to speak with someone else who understood us and said there was no charge, but we left somewhat confused.

We were extremely happy with the brunch, only served on Saturday, but it is not listed on the menu. It makes me nervous at the thought of trying to communicate our order on our next visit.

The seating is very basic and the atmosphere is not ethnic or romantic, but it is fine for a quick meal. They also have a room off to the side for hookah smoking, though I don't see any information on the website or Facebook page for this. There are other items on the menu I would like to try like the chicken dinner and pita platters so we will definitely be back.
