We had taken the whole bed and breakfast and it was so nice to be able to hang out as a family. The hosts were great and looked after us so well. Great to know our names and and that was cool! Will definitely look them up again if we are in the area.
We chanced upon this B & B in Whistler and were really pleased we stayed here. The hosts are very friendly and informative and prepared a great breakfast in the morning! The rooms are big and well appointed and there is a huge lounge room with fireplace downstairs for guests to use - along with a kitchen and a deck with bbq if the weather is nice. There is even a hot tub in the backyard! We were here in summer so it was a great place for bikeriding and hiking - and I imagine in would be a great option in winter for the ski season. We would definitely recommend Latitude Five Zero!
Owners were very friendly and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to dine. As the place wasn't full, they also charged a cheaper rate than what was quoted on their website.
The room we had was spacious and clean with access to the patio. But the toilet for this room wasn't ensuite which was a little inconvienient esp when you're having stomach problems. So if you prefer otherwise, do remember to tell them.
It's not in the town centre but a quick drive away. I would say great value compared to the high charges for the acoomodation in town.

For anyone wanting to stay in Whistler i can wholeheartedly recommend staying at Latitude Five Zero. I went there with my girlfriend for 9 days of the best skiing and all-round fun i have had in a long time. James and Erin have mastered the art of hospitality and are a lovely couple that make sure you have a great time. We had such a great time that i ended up proposing to my girlfriend while we were there!!!
The chalet is in the ideal location because it is not too close to the village so you don't have all the noise and you don't have to deal with all the partygoers but it is literally 10 minutes walk to the village so it is still not out of the way. The beds are comfy and the place is nice and warm. Erin makes a mean breakfast (each day was different - some days we had eggs with bacon and sausages, other days waffles and blueberry compote, and other days a beautiful frittata and heaps of other tasty brekkies. And there was always plenty of fresh fruit, breads, coffee and tea and fresh juices available). The best part about it is the hot tub on the deck which is awesome to help soothe the aches and pains from the skiing.
We had such a great time and will definately return (hopefully in the near future). The only bad part about it, is that eventually you have to leave!!! We didn't want to but all good things come to an end eventually. Go there if you want a guareenteed great holiday in a great location run by great people.
