We are pleased with the accommodation, met our expectations. It is only 15 mins walk to the base mountains. Less than 5 mins walk to the Market Place to get groceries. A few things you can address (these do not bother us so much because we do not spend a lot of time in the apt.):
1.) the light on the Jacuzzi porch is missing a piece where the light bulb is screwed in.
2.) replace one of the lamp shade in the master bedroom. It was already ripped when we got there.
3.) the wifi which we were suppose to connect did not work. We connected to a different unit wifi but it was very slow.
4.) the apt phone does not work either. I was trying to make a reservation to a local restaurant and there was no ring tone. Could it be related to the wifi?
5.) the main door's sometime sticks. We always locked the top but did not lock the middle from the outside. On several occasions, the door could not be opened after unlocking the top until we put pressure on the door to open. It seems like something jammed.

The above items could be an nuisance if the tenants would spend more time in the unit than us.
