Great location, helpful staff, free parking, free buffet breakfast, quiet rooms, comfortable bed--everything is covered here. We enjoyed three nights here. Rooms are not luxurious but well maintained and have everything you need including coffee pods and toiletries. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy for making lunch sandwiches. Seemed like it was an older building with construction that minimized noise in rooms which was nice, unlike some newer chain hotels.

Thank you for your review. Yes, the Embassy Inn does provide all guests with free parking, wifi and the best hot breakfast in town! And the location can't be beat either as we are close to all Victoria has to offer. Please come see us again soon.

Comfortable bed, accommodating staff, great set up for checking in for flights and printing boarding passes, much appreciated. Great having a frig (except it was so noisy we had to switch it off to get a sleep) and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable and they kindly allowed us a "take away" on the morning of our ridiculously early flight. The location of the hotel is excellent....walking distance to most of the sights and handy to the #75 bus that takes you directly to the stunning Butchart Gardens without the price tag of the local tour companies. Best tip is don't use YYJ Airport transfer (they have a monopoly on this service and don't do it very well.....for a few dollars more we could have taken a cab straight to the hotel) without the uncomfortable ride around most of downtown Victoria!

Thank you for staying with us and for reviewing your stay. The business computer station we have in the lobby is well used by many guests for early airport check-in. I', glad as well you were able to grab something at breakfast to go as well. Leaving early is a pain sometimes. Glad you were able to take a snack with you. I'll be sure to get the maintenance department to look for that noisy fridge. We hope to see you again soon.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it sure is great. Our room on the top floor with balcony and skylight. Great air conditioning. Free parking in the basement. Across the street from the parliament building. The breakfast was above average, although the scrambled eggs looked a little strange, but the waffle maker made up for that. We would definitely stay here again. The front desk workers were superb.

Thank you for your review. Our breakfast staff like to add things like cheese, green onions, feta cheese, tomatoes, spinach etc to add some flavour and colour. Many guest like this. We do change it up every day. Glad you liked our location and ample parking. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We stayed only one night. After reading many review of other hotels in the area, this seemed like the best value, and it was. Parking was free, which is not so in many other area hotels. Breakfast was also included and was above average for the free breakfasts offered at many hotels. Location was a few minutes walk to most of the downtown areas. Room had a balcony and a mini kitchen. Would stay here again.

This hotel is very conveniently located for tourists.
The rooms are just average. The air conditioning worked poorly. Luckily it cooled off in the evening. The toilets are very low so if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you.
The breakfast is full, hot and very good.
