This hotel holds a lot of history, but has managed to keep its charm while offering modern and elegant rooms. The quality of the food and drinks in the Veneto lounge are great as was the atmosphere! And the staff were very engaging and genuine, making each interaction very pleasant. Definitely would stay there again.

We recently spent 2 nights at Hotel Rialto & were very pleasantly surprised with the excellent, attentive staff - they couldn't have been nicer!! Great location, only blocks to the harbour, China town, shopping, & multiple restaurants, pubs, breweries, etc...

Room Tip: We were on the top (4th) floor, facing Pandora & it was very quiet...

We stayed two nights at the Hotel arialto recently. The service was incredible! As soon as They realized that I had a disability, I was offered an upgrade to a more accessible room. The front desk team are so amazing, really the best service we have had a a hotel in years! Our room was lovely, beautifully decorated in mostlyblacks and whites. The ged was crisp and white. The bathroom was beautifully appointed! Toto flushes! The king bed was completelyencasedfor everyone.s protection. The window dressings were beautiful. There is a cafe for breakfast and lunch, with good food and great friendly service. There is also an on site restaurant for dinner,,,very nice. We were offered more goodies, discounts for breakfast, discount at the liquor store next door, and even a sensible ten dollar discount for each day we did not need room service! The location is only a few steps from a Chinatown, and six blocks from the waterfront. Do ouglas street is a n artery, with tons of shopping and restaurants. We parked next door atCity Hall. We would specifically like to than DerekandJayden. But fiv

This hotel is in a great location downtown Victoria and within walking distance of all important attractions. The hotel and rooms have been renovated and are first-class. Staff are most helpful and the hotel offers a continental breakfast as well as a welcoming treat. Umbrellas are provided as well as housecoats.

We had a very nice room, spacious and quiet. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly. We liked their green-room policy, $10 off towards hotel bill for each day one opts out of room service.
The hotel restaurant, Veneto, is very good. And we enjoyed that the hotel is within walking distance of everything in Victoria. Public transportation to Butchard Gardens is across the street from the hotel. One can also rent bikes right at the front desk.
We would definitely stay at Hotel Rialto again.
