My wife and I have just visited this restaurant and although we had to wait 30 minutes for a table it was well worth it in the end as we got a table at the window looking out over the sea planes and bay in Vancouver.
All was going well,we ordered our food and mine was a fillet steak. We had a shared starter which was excellent and then our main course arrived. I started to eat mine and discovered it had a large piece of fat on one edge which I wasn't expecting.
The waiter noticed that something was wrong and queried the meal with the kitchen. It turned out I had been given the wrong steak. Obviously my wife carried on with her meal while mine was replaced. The manager came to our table and apologised.
We were also compensated accordingly which was the correct thing to do. The pro active approach to the problem saved the day and this is what you remember.
Well done in taking the heat out of the issue and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone, the food was excellent.
