The best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff are above all other hotels. Personal professional. Absolutely the best anywhere! The location is convenient if you take the train from the airport, 25 minutes from airport to hotel.

we were on the eleventh floor which was great, no problems, avoid the rooms near lifts, can be noisy. Lovely lobby staff and restaurant, although it is expensive. Tim Hourtons just down the road for cheap breakfast. Happy hour is a good alternative this is on drinks and nibbles, it can be cheaper Happy hour including Global which is just across from hotel . There is a link to an underground mall which also has a great food court and access to the underground train for quick and easy connections to various locations including the airport for about 5$. Fantastic holiday!

Room Tip: avoid the rooms next to lifts

Having stayed at a variety of Four Seasons hotels and resorts, I had high expectations for my stay here, given it's a Canadian company and Vancouver is a pretty popular destination... so you'd think they would have a flagship property here. Not really the case.

The service, however, was impeccable - cordial, professional and accommodating. I had arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, and the room I had reserved (via SnapTravel) was not quite ready... so they upgraded me to a higher floor, which was very nice considering I had paid a deeply discounted rate.

The rooms, however, really do not feel like a luxury hotel, much less a Four Seasons. The decor felt dated and the bathrooms are in serious need of an upgrade. It felt much more like a Sheraton than a Five Star hotel. The one upside to the room is the incomparable and comfy Four Seasons bed and linens which made for a luxurious sleep.

If you are looking for a luxury experience in Vancouver, the Shangri-La or Rosewood (across the street), are better options.

Amazing stay in Vancouver! We love the Four Seasons, the staff are incredible and the hotel is lovely. The pool and gym are excellent and the hotel is the perfect location for being able to walk all around downtown Vancouver.

The staff always makes us feel at home. This is our favorite hotel when traveling to Vancouver. The hotel and rooms match the high quality and excellence of the staff members. This is a welcoming and comfortable environment.
