Outstanding hotel and staff, great location

After a 2 week trip in the Canadian Rockies, we had to make our way back to Seattle and decided to splurge on a nice hotel to end the trip. GREAT DECISION. Getting to the hotel with your car is a little tricky, but once you're there, it's smooth sailing. Everyone from the valet, bell desk, and concierge staff were friendly, polite, and very knowledgable. The room itself was just what we needed after 2 weeks of hiking- luxurious, classy, and a bathroom to rival all bathrooms. Their car service was also a fantastic perk, and they had bicycles as well.
What stayed with me was how we felt like VIPs despite having no status with the hotel rewards system. The Fairmont Pacific Rim is sleek and classy, and the staff are top notch.

Awesome service and walking distance from great restaurants

My Hotel room was awesome. I normally just take showers but their bath tubs were so clean and inviting. The view of the harbor was outstanding. and the room was incredibly quiet I did not hear any noise outside or in the hallways. Their whole team was very helpful and polite

Just the best

We live in Vancouver and adore this hotel. We stayed here for our wedding and will stay there anytime we feel like we deserve a special night. They go above and beyond. You feel the magic the moment you step into the lobby

Great

I just completed a three night stay in a Coal Harbour corner suite. The room is 950 square feet with a balcony and two bathrooms.
I ordered room service several times during my stay, and the food was excellent.
Housekeeping did a great job, and all of the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly.
The only negative was the weather :)
There are lots of great hotel choices in Vancouver, but I think the PAC Rim is the best.

Great Location & View

I recently stayed here for the first time for a weekend getaway. The service was good, our room was not ready when checking in, we had to wait about 20 minutes, but it soon became available. We were celebrating a birthday so received a surprise desert and balloon, it was a great touch.

The lobby bar is loud and entertaining. We quite enjoyed ourselves.
