We booked for 5 people at 8 pm specifically to sit at the bar overlooking the kitchen. We were told we can arrive earlier, We did. Staff Shuffled us to a table while waiting for our bar seats to be vacant. Sat and sat and sat. We did get water, wanted to order from their amazing cocktail menu, but were left alone.
Finally our seats were ready, drinks were ordered and our experience began. Very interesting menu selections, can order ala carte, or chefs table special 4 to 5 courses, or our choices family style. We choose the later, and were pleasantly enjoying tasty morsels. Even closed the place, they never rushed us out, just cleaned up around us.
Deviled eggs, Bison tartar, duck poutine, krafty mac, buttermilk crispy chicken with Waldorf salad. My goodness, all delish! . Dessert was a yummy blur, a version of creme brûlée’, and a lemony delight, while we finished our Phillips sparkmouth gingerbeer. Staff was friendly attentive and very helpful with our dining experience. Definitely be returning, thanks Mia and staff
