When we visited the Father Pandosy Mission, there were only a few other people around and the area is very peaceful with huge willows at the entrance. It was very interesting reading about the buildings, houses, machinery, and antiques as part of this historical recreation. We would have liked more information on Father Pandosy himself (who he was, his story, the First Nations Peoples) We spent about 45 minutes here. Great for families with children or without.

We stopped into Father Pandosy Misssion today while visiting Kelowna from Nova Scotia. What a beautiful spot with all the log buildings. The thing thatsuprised me was that we were the only ones there. Not even a worker in sight, just a donation box if yoi felt like donated, which we did. Will definitely stop here again if ever back in the area!
Great spot for a picnic

This is a great place for all ages, really can show kids or anyone what it was like for the people who started life in the Okanagan Valley. A very valuable asset to Kelowna. Ideal to take children here to give them a real idea of the past and how simple life was, also how hard people worked to get by using machinery that required skill and maintenance. its well set up and worth your time. Some great picture ops too, do take your camera.
Enjoy !. ,

Very interesting walk through time learning how people lived, the tools they used and stories and newspaper articles about the people. It is by donation, there is a box to put money in on the property.

Was driving by and stopped in to see what it was and was surprised at what was there. Got a quick little history lesson and learned a bit more about the settlers
