MY boyfriend and I stayed here over night to attend an eye doctor appointment just down the road and it was a great stay. check in was very quick, all Covid signs for sanitized and unsanized, Hand sanitizer at all the areas where there are high touch areas, masks by the door. We also arrived on the last day that they were offering delivery of a full breakfast to your room door at your desired time. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, you have the Capri mall right behind you and 4 plus places to get food within a 5 min walk.

Check out was quick as well, when I said I would be returning to Kelowna for another appointment they asked if I would like to book with them. I said sure, and they made sure to give me a discounted rate and room upgrade for being a return guest. It was an overall great experience, happy to return.

I spent a week at the Coast Capri. I was very impressed with the service. Every single person I interacted with there was unfailingly friendly and interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is spotless and conveniently located. My room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bed and pillows. Bonus points for the tasty hot breakfast delivered to my door each morning. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed due to early morning day surgery on Christmas Eve. The staff were friendly, gave me a late checkout (with COVID I didn't want to shop all day waiting for my husband to be released). The room was very clean, quiet and a very comfy bed. After returning from dropping off my hubby at 6:15 I had a great shower, and a surprisingly large, and tasty breakfast dropped at my door. we appreciated the recommendation where to park, to have the best security.
