We were very happy with our 4 nights at Kanata with one exception. Hotel was clean. They took COVID precautions very seriously. Breakfast was good. Location was great.
My only dislike is their policy to charge additional $20/night pet charge for cleaning BUT they do not clean you room (Covid) until you leave. Cleaning the room once for a pet for $20 is one thing but being charged $80 or $60 for additional cleaning done once, in my opinion, is a just money grab.More

Hotel is clean, located about 10 minute drive from dt kelowna! Many food options close by! Good wifi, friendly staff, all wore mask! Room was clean and large! Free parking! Was happy to stay here and would return!

Nice clean and newer hotel. Nice room with enough amenities. Great location within walking distance to nice restaurants. Shops and mall nearby. Nice staff and a hot breakfast! Definitely a great place to stay.

We had a lovely two night stay here. Would go back again in a heart beat. Room was nice & clean, staff were friendly, & the best part of this hotel was breakfast!! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, English muffins, etc all included in the cost of your stay. Very good value.

Water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the weekend when the hotel was busier. The towels were like sandpaper.
The bed was not comfy. Had a big dip in the middle and was squeaky when you moved at all.
Breakfast was sub par.
Only one elevator for the executive tower which made getting to and from the room very slow.

The staff was very friendly all the time. The room had good space, nice shower, the bed was a little bit soft, totally fine.
Breakfast had some options for different tastes. They were taking care of safety and social distances. Staff were picking what guests were selecting.
Nice indoor parking lot as well. Convenient access to the city and beaches.
