So we have a extendo cab long box towing a 12 ft trwiler, the moment we pulled in to the undercover there was no room to pull threw, we had to back up on the road on a hill, we finally got behind the hotel to park no room we had to make a painful 10 point turn to face outwords, then had to back up against the back wall to park this took 15 mins and shouldn't of, the cars were parked and blocking everywhere, there was no staff support when we pulled in and told the staff we couldn't fit. Then had to squeeze between every vehicle to park against the lines and get blocked in, thee should be better parking fir trucks trailers ect, as thee was another truck trailer that had to park his good right on the busy road.
The room was nice but there was a gross stain on the box spring no mattress cover at all, the carpet was the highlight fir my dog as there was pee marks and a smell. So the one sink was clogged and anytime you ran the water it would fill up, yulk. The shower head had a major leak spaying the wall, leaking from many spots and it effected the pressure. There was dirty black finger prints about the t.p holder and blood marks on the wall below the t.p
So other the needed a stream cleaning, naitralizing the unine smell , plumbing probs in two spots, a deep clean and aseptic cleaning for the bio hazard, there were no extra pillows or blanket , we paid more and we're left suprized at the statet we received no componstation for our let down, we enjoy super 8 and Wynn ham so hopefully they step it up maintaining the rooms. We are driving threw Kamloops this sat, unless we get a request to return in lue of our last stay.we will be going yo another hotel, oh and you trip on the wheel chair ramp in a breakfast room. Hopefully we fix thus disappointment and improve the quality of stay and reviews geezer thsnks

One of the worst hotel experiences ever for me. First the elevator is an outdoor access, poor lighting. Entering the room I noticed some sort of liquid or human "goober" discharge on the wall. Pulled out the chair at the desk and voila... somone left us a pair of dirty underwear and socks. How charming.
I will say the bed was acceptable, despite one had to be a gymnist to get out of bed it was so close to the wall on my side.
Will not be booking into this hotel again and likely would not have had another hotel been able to accommodate us.
Not recommended unless you are in dire straits.

Room tip: Dont select this hotel period.
