We've lived in the Chilliwack area for almost 4 years, and we've never found Chinese that we could recommend. In fact, we'd pretty much given up, and gone for Vietnamese or Thai instead. But every once in awhile, you get the craving. Friends have suggested the Capital, so, we gave it a try
We were very much surprised with the first dinner for two, which included Capital Prawns, made with candied walnuts. For some reason, these combos aren't in either the online or take out menu. We love seafood, and couldn't believe how tasty it was. The meal included a chicken dish, beef with black bean sauce, and we chose chow mein instead of white rice. Egg rolls were good and fresh.
Still not excellent, other than the Capital Prawns, but very good. Looking forward to the left overs, and returning when we get the craving for Chinese.
