We were coming from Hope B.C. on Nov 7 and wished a lunch and saw Best Western Rainbow Country Hotel. It was 145pm and we walked in to the Atrium(garden) part and as no one sat us down we sat at a table. Saw two men moving tables(manager) but no waitress and thought the setting of a water fall, garden plants was a nice setting. Finally a waitress came and gave us menu's. We ordered drinks, which came in good time and ordered our late breakfast. The food coming felt like a longer wait then usual should be but finally came and very good portions. The waitress was also looking after customers in another area and appeared too busy. We did not get water drinks, did not get our cups refilled, did not get mustard ect. I finally got up and asked the manager for water, no cups either. He filled them, finally left the water pitcher on our table. We waited too long to get our coffee cups filled. I was told they had just served a very large group of business people and rearranging tables. The food was very good, but it felt the waitress had just too many customers and all over the place. We were the only two people seating in the garden area and I was wondering why. Waitress Amanda was very nice, and she apologized for the wait as looking after other people in the other side. The manager said goodbye to us. This restaurant did not have a warm feeling as Ricky's or other Country restaurants do. Portable card machine delivered to table. Menu choices okay, prices fair. Unknown if we will stop in again as from another city. happytravels.
