Bed was curved in from over use, wasn't turned over for longetivity, and it was a firm made bed but wasn't firm in the areas it was over slept in from people. Bathrooms on the 5th floor were tiny. There was always an elevator not working. You get charged for a 3rd /4th person in a two Queen bdrm even if you have a child which I paid extra for. There was a mouse who kept peeking and racing across in the dining area every couple days while we stayed there that we seen racing across in the big dining area one day and another in the bar area on a different day. The breakfast is a wide choice. Oh and the TV's are the old cube style, not updated. Ya think with all the conferences they make money off of from Ramada would invest in new tvs and mattresses. It was clean in the hallways. And the blankets in the rooms could be updated as well. Ours had tears and couple stains. Not too professional and impressive. The laundry room was clean and it was FREE which was a huge bonus because most motels cost to do laundry which helped with the length of our stay! Washer and dryer was updated machines and worked excellent! Staff was kind and helpful. Internet server was poor in the rooms. Best place to get Internet was in the lobby.

Like the other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is in need of some updates so don't expect a new hotel, or "newly renovated" hotel experience. However, we really enjoyed having Elvie, Ela Gary and many of the other staff take care of us during our stay.

The stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we had was very old and the carpet was worn down on one side of the room to the point of not having anything but the carpet backing. The room was rated as nonsmoking but I could smell smoke especially in the bathroom. The room was hot because the air conditioning was not yet on since it was April. The internet had problems and was down. The tv was very basic. No HD and minimal channels. Then in the morning the elevator was not working so we had to walk down 12 flights of stairs.

Room Tip: don't expect much

This has been my third week booked into this hotel. Mostly it is a great place to stay. Yes it is a older building but very clean. The front desk personel are very cheerful but need to remember not to speak their native tongue in front of customers. The same goes for your servers in the Graze. Deb F is the greatest server I have had in along time. Have more to say but won't. I have another at least 6 weeks to go but the way that I was treated yesterday was not very great, if it was my choice I wouldn't be staying here. As it is due to WCB I have no choice. They need to inform their customers about the room billing.(Meals in general). THe house keeping staff are excellent.
